You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture and interior spaces. Additionally, you will develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for photorealistic renders and walkthroughs. Working on interior layouts, furniture placements, and decorative elements to enhance visual appeal will also be part of your tasks. It is essential for you to optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual quality. Moreover, staying updated with industry trends, tools, and software to improve output quality and efficiency is crucial. - Create high-quality 3D models of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture and interior spaces - Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for photorealistic renders and walkthroughs - Work on interior layouts, furniture placements, and decorative elements to enhance the visual appeal - Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual quality - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to improve output quality and efficiency Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field - Minimum 1 year of professional experience focused on architecture and interiors - Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender (any one mandatory), along with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Twinmotion - Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read architectural drawings - Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus - Strong eye for detail, proportion, lighting, and material accuracy - Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively You will be considered for the Trainee position with a stipend of 10k per month if you are a fresher. The job type is Full-time and Permanent, with health insurance benefits. The preferred education is a Bachelor's degree. The required experience is 1 year of work. The work location is in person.
