Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect with expertise in luxury and high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review

    architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings

    for high-rise residential projects.
  • Ensure design accuracy, functionality, and aesthetic appeal while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to optimize resources and reduce time and cost overruns.
  • Maintain quality standards and compliance with building codes and project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed institute.
  • 5-6 years of experience in architectural design and coordination for residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and interior detailing.
