Architect/ Senior Principal Engineer - Oracle SaaS Continuity Engineering

Job Description: The SaaS Continuity Engineering team at Oracle is responsible for designing and building systems and services that ensure industry-leading availability and performance for Oracle's SaaS services. This team focuses on developing high-availability and service continuity solutions across various components such as infrastructure, database, platform, and application services to ensure uninterrupted service delivery to customers during incidents. Key Responsibilities: - Develop chaos engineering solutions that can operate at scale - Design resiliency features for the SaaS platform and implement them into production - Design highly available, scalable, and redundant services while maintaining a balance between speed, quality, and iterative improvements - Utilize knowledge of infrastructure components to enhance the availability, scalability, and reliability of SaaS infrastructure implementations Qualifications Required: - BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields - 10+ years of software engineering experience in a distributed cloud environment - Hands-on experience in building and operating highly available and large-scale services - Strong development experience in Java, C++, or similar object-oriented languages - Experience with containers and cloud-native components - Experience with scripting languages for automation development - Experience in developing resilient and fault-tolerant systems (Note: Additional Company Details have been omitted from the final Job Description),
