Required : Experience -4 to 5years

Qualification- B.Arch

Responsibilities

1. Experience in design & coordination of Residential projects and Master plan for large scale land parcels under consideration for development 2. Experience in handling plotted development projects from concept to preparation of GFC drawings and execution 3. Experience in preparation of Feasibility proposals for large scale land parcels under consideration for development 4. Coordinate with legal and liasoning team for legal documentation related to the land parcel 5. Undertake initial appraisal activities, including area study options and assessment of implied costs and development strategies 6. Prepare development plans and other sanction drawings for submission to authorities 7. Experience in communicating with authorities for facilitating the approvals 8. Assist and share relevant information for preparation of business plan for the land under development 9. Coordinate with external architects & service consultants and execution team for design development and smooth flow of the project 10. Review and validate the drawings and details released at various stages Requirements.
