Role Overview:

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
  
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation in coordination with project teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability regulations.
  
• Collaborate with MEP, structural engineers, landscape architects, and contractors for project execution.
  
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, ensuring adherence to design standards and quality.
  
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural tools for design development.
  
• Provide creative input and strategic direction in design planning and execution.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative construction techniques.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.

• Experience:

  Minimum 10 years in real estate projects, preferably high-rise and luxury developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and material selection.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment.
  
• Licensed Architect (preferred but not mandatory).
