Architect & Project Coordinator

You are invited to join VB Ventures, a renowned developer and builder located in Pune, as an Architect & Project Coordinator. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in managing projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with consultants and project teams, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any related issues, ensuring compliance of project designs with regulatory and safety standards, effective communication with all stakeholders, assisting in the selection of project materials and services, prompt resolution of design-related problems, and preparation of project Feasibility Reports in accordance with UDCPR guidelines. As the ideal candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, possess at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working with a builder or developer. A strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment. In addition to your professional qualifications, proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, and preferably Revit and Building Information Modelling (BIM) will be advantageous for excelling in this role. You will report to the Design & Development (D&D) Team Leader and contribute to the continued success of VB Ventures through your architectural expertise and project coordination skills.,
