Job Title: Architectural Design Executive / Junior Architect Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Design Candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs based on client requirements and must have sound knowledge of UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations) and NBC (National Building Code of India). Key Responsibilities:Interact with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings. Ensure all designs comply with applicable regulations, including UDCPR and NBC norms. Work on architectural planning, designing, and presentation drawings (2D & 3D). Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and authorities for design inputs and approvals. Assist in preparing municipal drawings for sanction and completion. Regularly update clients and team leads on project progress and incorporate feedback. Conduct site visits as required for design evaluation and implementation review. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently. Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 1–3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting. Strong knowledge of UDCPR (especially for Maharashtra) and NBC standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and other relevant design software. Experience in preparing municipal and compliance drawings for building approvals. Good communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and officials. Ability to read and interpret structural and MEP drawings. Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of taking design initiative independently. Familiarity with development control rules of local municipal bodies (e.g., MCGM, NMMC, CIDCO, etc.) is a plus. Preferred:Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects. Familiarity with project documentation and statutory compliance filing processes. Ability to handle design-related approvals and follow-ups with concerned authorities. Remuneration:Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
