Job Title: Architect (Only Female) Company: Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi – 110025 Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Education Required: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory Experience Required: 3–6 years Job Description: Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a talented and creative Female Architect with a strong academic background (B.Arch mandatory) and professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to execute design intent Create construction documents, interior layouts, elevations, and material specifications Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and design standards Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control Collaborate with MEP, civil, and interior teams for integrated project execution Maintain project documentation, BOQs, and approval drawings Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Compulsory 3–6 years of experience in architectural/interior design projects Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Revit is a plus) Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge of building materials and detailing Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Note: This position is open only for female candidates as per company policy.
