Architect

Qualification: B.arc or Master’s in Urban Planning and Design

Mode of Interview- Face-to-Face only ( No online)

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in urban planning and architectural design for ongoing and upcoming civil projects.

· Prepare drawings, layouts, and master plans using CAD and other design software.

· Collaborate with engineers and project managers in the design and execution of civil works.

· Conduct site visits, surveys, and mapping for planning and development studies.

· Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.

· Contribute innovative ideas for space optimisation, landscape integration, and urban infrastructure planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Urban Planning / Town Planning from a recognized institution.

· 0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers are welcome).

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, GIS, or similar design and planning tools.

· Strong understanding of urban design principles, building regulations, and sustainable development.

· Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with civil engineers and project managers.

Preferred Qualities

· Interest in sustainable and climate-resilient urban planning.

· Creativity with attention to detail.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.

· Basic knowledge of project costing and estimation (added advantage).
