Architect

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications:

• B.Arch / M.Arch (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design or execution

Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and architectural layouts
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and review construction drawings and documents
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and project requirement
• Work collaboratively with design and execution teams to achieve project timelines

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software
• Good understanding of materials, interior detailing, and construction methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong time-management skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
