Architect

As an Architectural Staffing Planner at our company, your role will involve preparing architectural staffing plans, developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets. You will be responsible for preparing scale drawings and contract documents using computer-assisted design software and overseeing the preparation of plans. Additionally, you will develop technical and price proposals for new work in the Civil Department. Your duties will also include performing quality control reviews and maintaining a working knowledge of current industry software. Key Responsibilities: - Design skills using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3D Studio, Adobe Photoshop - Ability to handle multiple projects within budgets and timelines - Skills in drafting architectural plans and high-quality detailing - Strong skills in photorealistic rendering - Coordination with customers during the design and construction stages - Conduct on-site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications - Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities - Expertise in layout color, lighting, and materials selection - Knowledge about MEP and structural design Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 5 years - Ability to commute to Thrissur, Kerala - Willingness to relocate to Thrissur, Kerala before starting work In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will be expected to maintain strong communication with customers, ensure all work is carried out as per the design, and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
