Role & responsibilities Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to translate needs into practical designs. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renders, working drawings, and construction documentation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and project requirements. Conduct site visits and offer design guidance during project execution. Coordinate with the BOQ & BOM team for cost alignment and execution feasibility. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 1- 4 years of experience in architectural design Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and creative thinking. Knowledge of local building codes and construction techniques. Good communication and presentation skills.
