About the Role We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Development Team Lead with extensive experience in .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading development teams, delivering high-quality software solutions, and driving architectural and design excellence. This role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a problem-solving mindset to lead a team of 8–12 developers across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities · Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle. · Architect, design, and implement scalable enterprise applications using VB.NET , C# , ASP.NET , and .NET Core . · Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. · Define and enforce software development best practices, including code reviews, version control, and automated testing. · Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. · Manage project timelines, deliverables, and sprints in Agile/Scrum environments. · Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. · Ensure adherence to data security and privacy policies within all application designs and deployments. · Provide guidance on the use of Azure cloud services and lead cloud-based application development. Technical Skills RequiredBackend Technologies: · Expertise in .NET Core , C# , ASP.NET MVC , and Web API development. · Proficiency with VB.NET and legacy code maintenance. · Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. · Solid experience with Entity Framework and ADO.NET .
