Architect & Interior Designer (Commercial Projects)

As an Architect at our company, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget. You will develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings. Additionally, you will select and source materials, furniture, and accessories that align with the design vision and budget. Your role will also involve creating detailed floor plans and elevations using design software and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. It will be your responsibility to oversee the installation of design elements, ensuring quality and adherence to the project timeline. You will stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies, prepare and manage project budgets and timelines, conduct site visits, and address client feedback while making necessary adjustments to the design plan. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget - Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings - Select and source materials, furniture, and accessories that align with the design vision and budget - Create detailed floor plans and elevations using design software - Coordinate with contractors and other vendors to ensure seamless project execution - Oversee the installation of design elements, ensuring quality and adherence to the project timeline - Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies - Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines - Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are being met - Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to the design plan Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Skills & Other Requirements: - 2-4 years of proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio of completed projects - Experience in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Layout Building Software, 2D & 3D Photoshop layout, PMC (File) - Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail The company offers health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund benefits.
