Job Description

Architect

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning:

Meet with clients to determine project objectives, scope, functional requirements, and budget.
Develop detailed architectural plans, working drawings, and specifications using
CAD software
(e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Prepare and submit documentation for
planning and building control permits
Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation from concept through completion.
Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers (structural, mechanical, electrical), contractors, and other consultants.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Experience:
1 or 2 years of proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in
Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Knowledge of design and visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop)
Deep understanding of
construction processes, building systems, and materials
.

Soft Skills:

Excellent
written and oral communication
and presentation skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Strong
project management, organizational, and analytical skills
.
