Job Description

Senior Architect

Experience 5-10 years

Role & responsibilities

Creating building designs for High rise, Commercial and Residential buildings, Villas, Hospital buildings, Academic Institutions by using Zwcad, 3DSMAX & Sketch up.
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
Co-ordination with consultants, site and clients.
Producing detailed working drawings.
Making sites visit to check progress of work.
Have strong visual awareness and eye for detail in drawing.
Co-ordinate with service consultants to issue GFC drawing.

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise in architectural design and project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, or related field.
Excellent knowledge of architectural industry software and tools.
