Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our real estate team. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations while aligning with the company’s real estate vision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceptualize and design architectural layouts for villas, apartments, gated communities, and commercial spaces.

* Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and real estate teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

* Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

* Provide innovative and market-driven designs that enhance customer appeal and investment value.

* Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs.

* Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and permits.

* Research new materials, technologies, and design trends relevant to real estate projects.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

* 3- 5 years of mandatory experience in architecture, preferably within real estate or construction.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.

* Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning laws, and project execution.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

* Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance aesthetics with practicality and cost.
