QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS  2 to 6 years’ experience in similar field.  B.Arch (with experience in Corporate Interior Fit outs). PREFERRED SKILLS  Prior experience working in Turnkey Interior fit out companies required.  Must have worked on Commercial Corporate Offices.  Software skills include AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop,3D Max, MS Office. KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES  Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.  Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.  Developing and presenting project proposals.  Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client needs.  Client Interactions.  Ability to develop look and feel.  Co-ordination with consultants, client & vendors.  Preparing drawings, specifications and documents.  Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.  Managing Project Teams.  Periodic Site visits when required.  Handover Documentation and Project closure.  Good Communication and Presentation skills.  Creativity & Pro activeness  Good Leadership Skills  Decision Making ability  Internal Co-ordination  Good PR Skills  Team Handling  Emotional Maturity Show more Show less
