Architect Design & Implementation

Job Description: You will be joining Ashish Builders & Developers as an Architect, specializing in Design & Implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of various projects, including luxury residential villas and commercial developments. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the design intent and quality throughout the project lifecycle. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have at least 5-10 years of experience in real estate or construction projects. A strong design sense and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp are essential. Prior experience in handling residential or commercial projects would be advantageous, along with excellent coordination and problems-solving abilities. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with external architect and consultant teams to translate designs into working drawings, creating designs and detailed drawings as needed, supervising site execution to ensure architectural quality is maintained, and working closely with structural, MEP, and interior consultants. Additionally, you will be expected to report directly to the MD/CEO on design progress and implementation.
