Architect- Data, MS Fabric

You are invited to join our team as a Microsoft Fabric Data Modelling Specialist at Persistent Ltd. The position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with over 10 years of experience in the field. As an Architect- Data, MS Fabric, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models using Microsoft Fabric, managing SQL databases, and working with Azure and Synapse for cloud data management. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, following Scrum methodology, and analyzing complex data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in Microsoft Fabric Data Modelling, a strong knowledge of SQL and database management, as well as experience with Azure and Synapse. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with Spark, experience with Scrum methodology, knowledge of other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud, and an understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes are valuable assets. Moreover, proficiency in Python or other scripting languages, experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, knowledge of Big Data technologies like Hadoop or Hive, familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data science, as well as experience with Agile project management are desired qualities. Strong communication and team collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
