Architect Consultant

Role Overview: As a member of the design team at TATA 1MG, you will play a key role in redefining India's healthcare consumer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing architectural and working drawings, as well as BOQs, according to industry standards. Your strong spatial understanding and basic knowledge of ergonomic layouts and retail spaces will be crucial in creating efficient and aesthetically pleasing designs. Proficiency in Adobe, AutoCad, Sketchup, and 3D rendering tools will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 01 years of experience in the field. - Strong spatial understanding. - Basic understanding of ergonomic layouts and retail spaces. - Understanding of building services and BOQs. - Preparing architectural, working drawings, and BOQs as per industry standards. - Proficiency in Adobe, AutoCad, Sketchup & 3D Rendering Tools.
