our future role Take on a new challenge and apply your specialized expertise in infrastructure design and financial operations within our cutting-edge Cloud environments. You'll work alongside innovative, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented teammates. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing our Cloud usage by leveraging your expertise in Cloud design and architecture, data engineering, and cloud cost management. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including data engineering, infrastructure, and finance), define and maintain the architecture rules and patterns of Cloud resources and services usage, and much more. You'll specifically take care of being the FinOps point of contact within the Design Authority to enforce Cloud usage rules, but also participate in the search for tooling and automation solutions for all cloud services (Azure, OCI, etc.). We'll look to you for: Defining and maintaining architecture rules and patterns for Cloud resource usage Leading cost optimization initiatives for Azure, OCI, and private cloud environments Being the FinOps subject matter expert within the team Participating in the evaluation and integration of new technological solutions Collaborating on IS&T innovation initiatives Collecting business requirements and evaluating new technology solutions for roadmap integration All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: A Certification as a solution architect (AZ305) or equivalent in other cloud providers A Certification as FinOps Certified Practitioner/Professional Over all 10+years of experience with Deep technical skills in Cloud architecture and infrastructure design Extensive knowledge in financial operations and cost management/optimization Highly organized with clear, effective written and oral communication skills Experience in leading design and cost optimization for Cloud environments Familiarity with a broad range of hosting services
