Architect

Role Overview:

The Junior Architect will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects. This role involves preparing drawings, presentations, 3D models, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while contributing effectively to the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects in concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, take measurements, and support project documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants (structural, MEP, interiors, landscape, etc.) to ensure design integration.
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for client meetings.
• Research materials, building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Support the team in preparing tender documents, working drawings, and BOQs.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations and safety standards.
• Stay updated with architectural software, tools, and industry trends.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 02 years of experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong design visualization and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
