Architect, Asst. Architect & Interns

As an Assistant Architect at Nirmaan Associates Architect in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, you will be responsible for providing architectural assistance to architects in developing construction plans. This includes preparing and developing layouts, elevations, and cross sections in construction drawings. You will assist architectural teams in conducting dimensional surveys of buildings and utilize advanced software like AUTOCAD, Google SketchUp with Vray rendering, Photoshop, and MS Office to create architectural plans. Your role will involve supporting architects in executing multiple architectural projects, handling all aspects of architectural processes, and maintaining architectural drawings, plans, client specifications, and survey notes in an organized manner. Ensuring compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Arch degree from a reputed organization. Draftsmen with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, good communication skills are essential for this position.
