As a Lead Architect at an award-recognized design studio in Panchkula, you will play a crucial role in blending creative innovation with refined execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading projects from concept to execution, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery. - Developing engaging design concepts, presentations, and working drawings in collaboration with clients and internal teams. - Managing client meetings, design discussions, and approval processes with finesse. - Coordinating seamlessly with specialists from structural, MEP, and other fields to ensure cohesive integration. - Overseeing detailed drawings, material specifications, and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs). - Conducting on-site visits to monitor quality, uphold design intent, and ensure compliance with standards. - Mentoring and guiding the design/drafting team for efficient project workflows. - Ensuring full compliance with local codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles. - Proactively resolving design and execution-related issues in collaboration with contractors and consultants. - Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision. To be successful in this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. - At least 3 years of professional experience in architectural design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray/ Lumion, and Photoshop. - A refined design sensibility along with practical construction knowledge. - Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. - A solution-oriented, detail-focused approach with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - An in-depth understanding of building materials, site coordination, and project workflows.
