Education:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required
• Valid license/registration as an Architect (e.g., ARB, NCARB, RIBA, or local equivalent)

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in building architecture.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or institutional buildings is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading or contributing to building design projects from start to finish.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) practices.
• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creativity combined with technical expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare and present design proposals using CAD software, 3D modeling, and physical sketches.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure building designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and landscape engineers.
• Oversee project timelines, cost estimates, and site inspections.
• Resolve design-related issues and modify plans during construction as needed.
• Select materials and finishes with consideration for durability, aesthetics, and cost.
• Ensure sustainability and energy efficiency are integrated into design.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain building permits and zoning approvals.
