Architect

As an Architectural Designer / CAD Designer at Aavas Studio, located in Rajpura, PUNJAB, you will be joining a fast-growing architecture and interior design firm renowned for its creative, functional, and sustainable solutions. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3ds Max. Your role will involve developing design concepts, layouts, elevations, and detailed construction drawings, in close coordination with clients and engineers to ensure project goals are met. Additionally, you will prepare presentations and walkthroughs for client approvals, as well as modify and revise designs to align with project scope and budget changes. Collaborating with the design team, you will contribute creative solutions to overcome complex design challenges. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop. A comprehensive understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modeling principles, as well as knowledge of structural elements and design standards, will be essential. Your ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans, coupled with a keen attention to detail and effective time management skills, will be critical in successfully fulfilling your responsibilities. While not mandatory, experience with 2D planning, 3D planning, or other design tools, along with good visualization and rendering skills, will be advantageous. Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations, combined with teamwork and communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams, will further enhance your suitability for this position.
