Job summary

We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Architect to join our team in Chengalpattu, India. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and planning of residential and industrial projects, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring structural integrity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Design and Development: Lead the design and development process for residential and industrial projects, ensuring all designs meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and design options that align with their vision.
• Blueprint Creation: Create detailed blueprints and architectural plans, incorporating structural specifications and sustainability considerations.
• Coordination with Construction Teams: Work closely with construction teams to ensure the architectural designs are accurately implemented, providing guidance as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes and regulations, securing necessary permits and approvals.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the residential or industrial sectors.
• Education: Graduation in B.Arch or a relevant architectural degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
