Company Description ArchiLab is a Multidisciplinary design studio having won multiple awards. Delivering design solutions to architectural, Interiors, Landscape projects. Our projects are from various verticals like Commercial / Corporate, Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Institutional and Master planning designs. We have projects going on at PAN India level. Role Description Senior Architect - Experience of between 04-10 Years Junior Architect - Experience of between 01-04 Years Interns - College Interns BIM Operator - Experience of between 01-04 Years This is a full-time role for a Senior Architect, Junior Architect, Inters, and BIM Operator at our studio located in Chembur (E), Mumbai. Site visits to various project meetings at different locations is also a part of the roles and responsibilities. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, overseeing project management activities, integrating software solutions into architectural workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned projects. The individual will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, create innovative designs, and manage teams to execute projects efficiently. Qualifications Expertise in Architectural Design and Detailing and Bill of quantities / specifications Experience in Developer driven or self-Redevelopment projects, knowledge of Byelaws and procedure is essential. Proficiency in Software (BIM, Cad, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape M.s Office, M.S Project) and Integration as applied to architectural projects Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Professional degree in Architecture and additional degree / certification related to the field & Registration with COA and other bodies. Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
