Role & responsibilities Develop full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET Core, Blazor, C#) Build rich, interactive UI components using DevExpress Blazor controls (Grids, Charts, Dashboards, Reports, Diagrams) Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services Implement data access using Entity Framework Core with MySQL or PostgreSQL Create and export reports (PDF, Excel, Word) using DevExpress Reporting Ensure secure authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and OAuth2 Architect DevOps pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Deploy and maintain the application on Azure App Services Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, full-stack developer with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies and a passion for building modern, interactive web applications. They are comfortable working independently in a remote environment , can manage their time effectively, and are capable of translating business requirements into clean, scalable code. Technical Strengths 4+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ Proven expertise in Blazor (Server or WebAssembly) for building rich, client-side web interfaces Hands-on experience with DevExpress Blazor components , especially for dashboards, reports, and data visualization Strong backend development skills using ASP.NET Core Web API Proficient in Entity Framework Core and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Familiarity with Azure App Services , GitHub Actions , or Azure DevOps for deployment and CI/CD Security & Integration Awareness Experience implementing OAuth2 / OpenID Connect and RBAC Comfortable working with Azure Active Directory (AAD) for secure authentication Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API or integration with project management tools Soft Skills & Work Ethic Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment Able to take ownership of features from concept to deployment Bonus Qualities Experience with SignalR for real-time features Knowledge of diagramming libraries or custom SVG/Canvas rendering Exposure to DevExpress Scheduler and Diagram components Prior experience working on greenfield projects or early-stage products
