Archery Developers

You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform. This includes leading the administration of user accounts, data feeds, workflow, and reports access. Your role will involve providing development and configuration support based on technical requirements, as well as owning technical issue resolution and request management. Additionally, you will be required to execute test cases, document them, support User Acceptance Tests, and implement code into production. As an Archer Developer, you will define and configure questionnaires, workflows, forms, and reports within the Archer platform. You will also participate in and support Archer version upgrades, install, test, and deploy new applications, and collaborate with service management and infrastructure teams on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution. Conducting in-person and online training sessions for stakeholders and providing support during production issues will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience working as an RSA Archer Administrator, with expertise in RSA implementation and integration. Experience with databases and managing multiple data feeds, as well as integration with other management tools, will be valuable assets in this position.,
