Role Overview: We’re on the hunt for a Web3 Social Media Marketer Intern who understands the internet, lives on-chain, and knows how to create scroll-stopping, strategy-backed social content. You’ll work directly with ARC3 and Cubane’s marketing pods to build, manage, and scale our brand voice across platforms like X, LinkedIn, Farcaster, Lens, and more. If you’re a social media native with a passion for memes, mechanics, and momentum — this is your scene. Key Responsibilities: 💬 Content Strategy & Execution Assist in planning and executing daily/weekly content calendars Research Web3 trends, alpha drops, and community movements to inspire content Write short-form posts (tweets, captions, threads, hooks) that resonate with the crypto-native audience Repurpose technical content (whitepapers, blogs, feature updates) into digestible, viral content 🎨 Design & Visual Communication Use tools like Canva or Figma to create simple graphics, carousels, and social media creatives Coordinate with in-house design team for high-impact visuals 📈 Engagement & Community Activation Reply to mentions, comments, and DMs with brand voice Participate in Twitter Spaces, Discord AMAs, and community activities Execute mini-campaigns: giveaways, polls, and engagement challenges 🔍 Performance Tracking & Reporting Track growth metrics — reach, engagement, follower count Suggest improvements based on data and feedback You Should Have: A strong grip on Web3 lingo (L1, L2, dApps, DAOs, NFTs, DeFi) Writing that is clear, witty, on-brand, and audience-tuned Design fluency (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite basics) Creative storytelling instincts with a sense for virality Good understanding of Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn Discipline to work remotely and deliver consistently across 6 days Bonus Points If You: Have grown social handles in the Web3 space Have managed or contributed to a crypto community Are active on Farcaster, Lens, or any decentralized social platform Understand prompt engineering, meme culture, or algorithmic trends What You Get: Monthly stipend in $CUBS (crypto) — no fiat involved Real hands-on experience working with active projects and live campaigns Direct mentorship from leading Web3 marketers Opportunity to get retained or promoted to a full-time role post internship Network access to some of the most influential founders & communities in crypto Internship Details: Duration: 3 Months Schedule: 6 days/week, fully remote Stipend: Paid in crypto ($CUBS + possible bonuses) Fiat Compensation: Not applicable Start Date: Rolling To Apply: Drop your resume, portfolio, or a sample thread/post you've written to: 📩 tuphan@cubane.space / tuphan@arc3.agency 📱 Or DM on WhatsApp: 6291119094 Learn more about us at: 🌐 https://cubane.space 🌐 https://arc3.agency
