As a member of the team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, managing, collaborating, and resolving customer problems related to the Aras Innovator product family. Your role will involve developing custom code to address specific customer requirements, managing and performing customer software upgrades, and assisting in the software solution release process. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering and possess strong experience with Aras Tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a motivation to thrive in a fast-paced team environment are essential for success in this role. Additionally, experience with SQL, C#, Web Application development, and JS/TS will be advantageous.
