Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Jaipur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing store staff, and handling retail loss prevention. Additionally, the Store Manager will ensure that sales targets are met and that the store maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization. Qualifications Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Store Management practices Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze sales reports and data Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
