The Youth Worker will be responsible for engaging with young people, delivering youth programs, providing support and guidance, and helping to develop life skills. Day-to-day tasks include organizing activities, offering mentorship, coordinating with community services, and providing a safe and supportive environment for youth. Qualifications Youth Work, Youth Services, and Youth Mentoring skills Communication skills Social Work experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications or qualifications in youth work or social work are a plus
