Arabic Translator & PRE

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Arabic Translator & Patient Relations Executive to assist Arabic-speaking patients with communication, registration, and treatment coordination. The role also involves picking up Arabic patients from the airport and dropping them at the clinic, ensuring they have a smooth and comfortable experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate and interpret between Arabic and English for patients and staff.
• Assist Arabic-speaking patients during registration, consultation, and treatment discussions.
• Communicate treatment plans, consent forms, and post-treatment instructions clearly.
• Pick up Arabic patients from the airport and drop them at the clinic safely and on time.
• Support the front desk and reception in patient coordination and scheduling.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and provide a welcoming environment.
• Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all patient-related documentation.
• Assist management with Arabic communication, including calls, emails, and marketing materials if required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Valid 4-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Previous experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
