Arabic Patients Relations Executive

You will be joining Mykare Health as an Arabic Patient Relations Executive based in Kochi. You must possess strong communication skills in the Arabic language. Both experienced professionals and freshers are welcome to apply for this role. Knowledge of hospital operations and medical terminology would be advantageous. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle patient care situations effectively. Your key responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting them with medical care options, and providing support during consultations and treatments. You will need to adapt to changes in treatment plans, maintain relationships with hospital staff, and report to the manager. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time position.
