Job Description: Sales Consultant /Sales Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant / Counselor to join our team at our training institute. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting our specialized engineering courses, converting leads into enrollments, and building strong relationships with prospective students. This role involves engaging with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable programs to meet their aspirations. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion: Contact and follow up with potential students via calls, emails, and messaging platforms. Convert leads generated through marketing campaigns into confirmed enrollments. Counseling and Consultation: Understand prospective students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and interests. Recommend the most suitable engineering courses based on their requirements. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets. Maintain high conversion rates through persuasive and informative communication. Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with students by addressing their queries and concerns. Maintain long-term relationships for future referrals and course upgrades. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the institutes course offerings, benefits, and unique selling points. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. CRM and Reporting: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and market feedback. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree (preferably in engineering, sales, marketing, or related fields). Experience: Minimum of 2 - 5 years in Edtech Sales, sales consulting, or educational counseling (experience in the education/training industry is a plus). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
