As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our team by being the primary point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound customer inquiries, managing and qualifying leads, and providing exceptional service and support across various communication channels. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system, addressing customer concerns promptly, and proactively reaching out to customers to enhance their experience. You will also be collecting and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve our services. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in customer service or telesales is required, and knowledge of the rooftop solar industry is preferred. Your role will also involve participating in team meetings and training sessions, as well as assisting with other customer service tasks as needed.
