Staff Nurse Job Title: Staff Nurse Location: Arulanandha Nagar, Thanjavur Job Type: Full-time Salary: 10K to 20K + Incentives Hairtransplant & Skincare Clinic, Thanjavur is looking for a motivated Staff Nurse to join our team. Job Summary: The staff nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals. This includes patient assessment, planning, implementation of care, and evaluation of outcomes. The staff nurse also ensures patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being while maintaining medical standards and protocols. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care : Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care based on medical and nursing standards. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and monitor patients for side effects or reactions. Perform diagnostic tests, check vital signs, and document patient symptoms. Assist in wound care, catheterization, and other procedures as needed. Patient Education : Provide patients and their families with information on treatment plans, medication instructions, and post-care guidelines. Teach patients self-care and management of their health conditions. Emergency Response : Respond to medical emergencies, initiate life-saving measures, and assist in resuscitation efforts. Stay prepared to handle critical situations with composure and efficiency. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing (GNM). Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Work Environment: Work in hospitals, clinics, or nursing homes.
