Role Description: You will meet with students to discuss their academic progress, assist in course selection, and offer advice on study habits. You'll track their growth and collaborate with teachers and parents to support their learning journey. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. Experience in academic counseling or teaching is a plus. Freshers are eligible for this job. Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Empathy and patience when working with students. Ability to guide and motivate students effectively.
