AR Follow Up Analyst

You are seeking an AR Follow Up Analyst position where you will report to either a Team Lead or Assistant Operations Manager. The role requires you to work in the 8 AM to 5 PM shift in the US Central Time Zone. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: - You must hold a graduate degree with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in AR follow-up for a US Health Care or Revenue Cycle Management company. - Preference will be given to candidates with prior knowledge of Hospital Billing and familiarity with the EPIC system. - Your tasks will involve working on OLD AR to collect outstanding amounts. - You will be responsible for generating a daily report that gives an overview of work inventory, including Denials, Rejections, Failures, and inactive AR to ensure timely completion. - Continuous development is essential to become an expert with knowledge of respective clients, specialties, and PM systems. - Effective communication skills are crucial; you should be able to speak or write clearly and persuasively, provide clarification, respond well to questions, and actively participate in meetings. - Adherence to policies and procedures, timely task completion, support for the organization's goals and values, and the ability to follow instructions are key responsibilities. - You are expected to take ownership of your actions, keep commitments, and invest the necessary time to achieve goals. - Interacting with others in a tactful manner, maintaining composure under pressure, showing respect to all individuals regardless of their status, and fulfilling commitments are essential attributes for this role.
