As an AR Caller / Senior Analyst in the Medical Billing department, your role will primarily involve working on account receivables. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering 100% production on account receivables - Observing and learning about account specifics and knowledge in various scopes - Providing inputs and taking initiatives for project improvement - Being a team player - Performing account manual tests - Delivering Quality Percentage as per SLA - Maintaining 100% individual attendance To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies and knowledge: - Strong analysing skills as an AR professional - Ability to understand and deliver as per client needs - Effective internal and external communication skills - Maintaining confidentiality as per HIPAA regulations - Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management Desirable skills for this role include proficiency in MS Office, typing skills, and communication skills.
