Key Responsibilities Assisting in preparation and filing of various ROC forms, returns, and statutory documents. Maintaining statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board and General Meetings. Assisting in drafting Board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes. Supporting in annual filings, event-based compliances, and secretarial audits. Coordinating with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators as required. Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. Assisting senior Company Secretary in day-to-day secretarial and compliance work. Requirements Semi-qualified Company Secretary (completed Executive level of ICSI; Professional level in progress preferred). Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and related rules. Basic understanding of SEBI Listing Regulations and Secretarial Standards will be an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and legal compliance tools/software.
