Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with at least 1 year of experience in sustainable architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess working knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools. You will assist in the design, analysis, and documentation of sustainable architectural projects, supporting senior team members in delivering innovative and efficient building solutions. Qualifications Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university. 1 year of professional experience with a focus on sustainable architecture and green building design. Practical knowledge in shadow analysis, daylighting, wind flow, and natural ventilation strategies. Proficiency in BIM tools (preferably Revit) and basic knowledge of BIM coordination. Experience with environmental analysis software (e.g., Autodesk Insight, Ladybug/Honeybee for Grasshopper, Rhino, Climate Studio, or similar). Familiarity with sustainability rating systems (LEED, WELL, GRIHA, etc.) is an advantage. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
