Buyer Communication & Coordination Assist in daily communication with buyers regarding orders, samples, approvals, and updates. Follow up on buyer queries, feedback, and changes in tech packs or order sheets. 2. Sample Development Coordinate sample development including proto, fit, size set, PP samples, and photo samples. Ensure approval process is completed on time. Maintain sample tracker and follow up with sampling team. 3. Order Management Prepare cost sheets, T&A charts, BOM (Bill of Material), and order sheets. Collect trims/accessories requirements and coordinate with vendors. Update order status reports and production schedules. 4. Production Follow-up Liaise with production, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, and finishing departments. Monitor production progress as per T&A. Track fabric and trims inwards, consumption, shortages, and approvals. 5. Quality & Compliance Coordinate with QA team for inline, mid-line, and final inspections. Ensure buyer standards and quality requirements are met. Follow up on lab tests, shrinkage reports, fabric approvals, and spec confirmations.
