Aptos Lead

As an APTOS / APTOSOne Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end technical delivery of APTOSOne solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting and designing technical solutions, leading a team of developers and consultants, integrating APTOSOne with existing systems, collaborating with functional consultants and project managers, performing code reviews, troubleshooting technical challenges, documenting technical designs, and staying updated with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design technical solutions for APTOS / APTOSOne implementations with a focus on scalability and performance. - Lead a team through all project phases, ensuring successful delivery. - Oversee seamless integration of APTOSOne with existing systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality, secure code. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development, testing, and deployment phases. - Create comprehensive documentation for technical designs, workflows, and system configurations. - Stay abreast of industry trends and APTOS developments to propose innovative solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Extensive experience with APTOS / APTOSOne or similar retail software solutions. - Strong programming skills in languages like Java, .NET, and expertise in system integration. - Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise projects. - Deep understanding of database management systems, cloud environments, and API development. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with retail industry processes and best practices. - Experience with Agile project methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Effective multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.,
