Aptos Lead

The APTOS / APTOSOne Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end technical delivery of APTOSOne solutions. As a key technical expert, you will drive the design, customization, and integration of APTOS solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on technical skills to lead a team and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design technical solutions for APTOS / APTOSOne implementations, focusing on scalability and performance. - Lead a team of developers and technical consultants through all phases of the project lifecycle. - Oversee the integration of APTOSOne with existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms. - Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform code reviews to ensure high quality, maintainable, and secure code. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development, testing, and deployment. - Create comprehensive documentation for technical designs, workflows, and system configurations. - Stay up to date with industry trends and APTOS developments to propose innovative solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Extensive experience with APTOS / APTOSOne or similar retail software solutions. - Strong programming expertise in relevant languages (e.g., Java, .NET) and system integration. - Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise projects. - Deep understanding of database management systems, cloud environments, and API development. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with retail industry processes and best practices. - Experience with Agile project methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.,
