Role Description

This is an on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer Freelancer, located in Bengaluru. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions focused on aptitude skills to students and young professionals. The trainer will develop and implement training materials, conduct interactive workshops, and provide feedback and guidance to enhance trainees aptitude skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Aptitude Skills in areas such as logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability
• Experience in training individuals or groups in a structured setting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create and adapt training materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others develop their skills
• Familiarity with the job market and understanding of industry expectations
