• Must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly. • Must able to take appointment with Embassy/VFS regarding visa slots • Coordinate with clients regarding their application progress • Take face-to-face meetings with clients regarding their documents and paperwork • Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and • ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government. • Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, • preparing and checking all legal documents. • Preparing invoices, • Send the documents to the bank, • To follow on the due date, • Check draw back etc. • Must be a team player • Be self-Motivated • Be Presentable
